Stupe

Stupe (stūp), n. [L. stupa, or better stuppa, tow. Cf. Stop, v. t.] (Med.) Cloth or flax dipped in warm water or medicaments and applied to a hurt or sore.

Stupe, v. t. [imp. & p. p. Stuped; p. pr. & vb. n. Stuping.] To foment with a stupe. Wiseman.

Stupe, n. [See Stupid.] A stupid person. [Obs.]
